Sunday Snapshot - My Girls

ORD_6277 1

I don't know if it the same with all other sisters, our two girls fight. It seems the little sister likes to pick on the big sister, and often she gets herself in trouble. Sometimes I wonder if it is because her sister is aggressive and confident, and good at almost everything she does. This afternoon, I took her shopping with me, I asked her why does she always pick on her sister. She answered: because it is fun. And, I want her to play with me.

I asked her.. "Do you love you sister?" She told me she does. She loves Kelly. "I just want to play with her." I told her that she is beautiful. She is smart. Her sister adores her..

She has come a long way from a scary little baby to a beautiful funny young lady. I am confident she will find her way soon.. as confident as her sister.

Kelly was picked up by a modeling agency couple months ago. I asked her if she wants to do some modeling work. She told me no because she doesn't want a stranger to take her pictures.

She had a change of heart today. She asked if I would let her do some modeling. She has grown to be a beautiful young lady.. she loves fashion.

She is also funny. She loves camera especially when mommy is behind it, and the camera loves her too.

So, we did some photoshoots.. I don't really know we have the time for modeling but I love to have any opportunties to take beautiful photos of my beautiful girls.

Oh! Your girls are gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous!
As for the fighting sisters thing, my youngest sister and I are about 6 years appart, and we used to fight. A lot. We pushed each others buttons because it was fun to annoy each other (and our parents, by proxy, believe me, we knew we were annoying them too) and also because it was kind of a funny little bond we had. To some degree our fighting was play fighting, like puppies or something. And even now, as adults, we still squabble over a shirt that I gave her / she stole from me, or we randomly run around chasing each other, threatening to offer the other one a swift swat on the backside. Ps. I'm 30. We both know it's for fun. And we both know it still drives our parents nuts. And that's kind of why we do it!
Hopefully that offers some hope??

Siblings, right? The young one just wants to be like the older one and loves to cause drama. I'm the fourth of five, so I have experience with that!
